Amazon India — Refund not happened from 5 months

For the order #[protected] on 4th Jan, 2016 and raised request for refund on Jan 9th and the phone was picked on Jan 10th.

But the refund was not happened till today .
I called customer care and spoke with them for hours and keep on sending mails . No response from them .
I got the confirmation from Bank that there is no refund initiated from Amazon . I gave them the necessary details. But the problem was not resolved.

I purchased few products from Amazon . Never faced this before . It is really frustrating after almost 5 months money is not back.

Expecting to resolve the problem as early as possible through this.
