I have ordered a cantabil reversible jacket worth RS -1727 the product has been delivered on 27 November 2023 in which i have received a black tshirt then i filled a complaint in Amazon then after 2-3 days after verification i got a call from Amazon specialist team in which they were saying i have checked your complaint and i found that the mistake was from our end then the product qas picked up successfully . After pickup i got a message in which Amazon was saying we will initiate the refund after the item reaches our warehouse .
After 7 days the product reached to the ware house and now Amazon is saying we will not initiate any refund i[censored] need refund send the original order. How can i do that i have returned the product which i got and it was verified from the senior end that the mistake was from their end
