This is immensely surprising that amazon has started hunting the customers with different ways of fraud.
I ordered an Allen Solly Men's cotton Tshirt(order[protected] on 16th November 2022. When I received the product I was surprised with the packaging as it was quite different from online shopping. This was delivered in a normal plastic and a paper bag.
When I opened the product I found tear.
I raised refund and it was scheduled on 19th November 2022. No one turned up to collect the product, instead they reported that the product tag is missing which is absolutely nonsense.
I again called on 21st November 2022 and the lady assured me that it will be picked up on 24th and again no one turned up but left a message that the tag is missing.
I am literally frustrated with amazon's disgraceful and obnoxious service.
This is a classic way of cheating customers.
I also condemn your advisors for not doing their job. The lady I spoke on 21st did not do the enough work to ensure the pick upm
I also want to complain against your advisor Arya Kapoor for misbehaving on the call today.
At last I spoke to another advisor Yasmin today who assured that it will be picked on 25th November 2022.
I truly expect that you will not test my patience anymore and do not compel me to knock the legal door and social media.
I have attached the screenshot of the product along with the price tag which you people are claiming as missing.
