I want replacement only. But not return. so please help me.

My order ID[protected]. order date-05.05.2016, delivery date-11.05.2016. My repeated complain date is - 05.06.2016, 10.06 2016, 13.06.2016 and 20.06.2016. But no action and no reaction from seller side. so please help me for replace of my mobile.
Hi my name is darrel kevin kumar, i had purchased a trovon bluetooth headset hbs-730 on 12 of september . I had been using it for 2 months and after that one side is not hearing and i don"t know what to do . I asked a amozon delivery person and he insisted me to contact the delivery address customer care and speak to them .
