Amazon India — Rudeness by Customer Care Executive | |||||
I ordered a product which is lost by Amazon, I was told to wait for another 3 to 4 days. Again the product didnot come. I called Customar Care. The associate Harshal who claims to be from Maharashtra, Pune spoke rudely to me and denied me a refund and when I asked for compensation he was sarcastic and he just spoke more rudely. Is this your customer service? Where executive speaks to the customars the way they want to? Was this information helpful? | |||||

Very disappointed to see that.
Further if order any product they dont give specific time and date
They will provide order on any random day .
