Dear Sir/ Madam, I purchased a Pigeon Favourite Induction Base Aluminium Pressure Cooker with Outer Lid, 3 Litres, silver date-13.08.15 (worth 499) from Amazon. after receiving i found wrong product deliverd issues, i returned the cooker and claim for refund. At the time of putting bank account details, i have wrongly putted bank account details. when i realized, that time customer service representative told I already refund the money in your bank.today(30.08.2015)I go to my bank and asked to manager any refund is coming in my bank account then manager told your account is already closed none is not cocredit ur account. Amazon customer represntative told me we will credit your bank account within 2 working days. after 3 working days when i have not received any refund, I contacted to customer service, they told me they have done refund. i asked for transaction ID or UTR no. for NEFT. They did not provide me the same. they given a reference no.NFT[protected]XXXXXXXXXXXXXX instead o[censored]TR no.
