I placed an order 23-sep-2016. (xolo era 4g mobile). order #[protected].
The product received was defective. the led back light did not work. after talking to amazon customer service, they finally accepted to send a replacement.
Replacement order was created on 06-oct-2016. order #[protected]. the replacement product also was defective. it had the exact same problem as the earlier one.
When i contact customer care for refund or replacement, their response was not satisfactory. they were asking me to goto xolo care on my own and resolve the issue or get a letter of approval to process my request. this is really bad service and they have disconnected my call. i want proper action against them.
