Amazon Process — Took Rs 3000 as registration fee for Job and spammed me.

It has been told me that they are third party company which selects some candidates and based on our interview gives our name to various other companies.They called me for interview and told me to pay Rs 3000 for registration fee of Job.They took Rs. 3000 from me in such a manipulative manner and told that it will be refunded on the 4th month after you join the company.I never got the call from them, neither for interview for the companies they told my name will be given, nor from their side.I somehow called them several times and managed to get interview from so called Book Typing Technology. The work there was to type 500 pages in a week.I applied for the role of Data Entry and I got the work of typing a Java book.After getting interview from a irresponsible lady, she told me to come to office (3rd party company) and submit your qualification documents with passport size photo.I went and submitted.I was waiting for the response from their side but didn't got any.I called after a week of submitting those documents to helpline number which I got from 3rd party company ([protected]), that guy was always postponing the things.After so much struggle, I got the offer letter from Book Typing Technology (44/1/3 KN Road, Berhampore, Murshidabad, West Bengal-742101) where it was clearly written that if my accuracy is below 90% of typing, my salary will be deducted and they will take from my registration fee too.I didn't had any option but agree as they told that they won't return my money back which I paid (Rs 3000).I begged them several times I don't want to work, please return my money back, but they didn't.I struggled a lot doing the first project given by them and expecting I will get salary after that.It's been more than 15 days, I didn't received my salary.And the software they are using for detecting accuracy is not proper.It's like if a person gets accuracy more than 80-90 % also, it will show less than 80% without any mistakes done in typing.Yesterday I went to take my refund back to JP Nagar, no one was there except a security guard and he told it's holiday today.But I have recording of that helpline number guy telling to come there in office and take the refund.And he told me to come on Wednesday (3-4 PM) as manager will be there.I called him several times but that person didn't received my call.
