I have order one phone model no. Redmi note 9pro from amazon dated on. 8 Oct 2020 But order was cancelled by amazon itself by stating "phone is having internal problem" and delivery boy took phone from me. On dated 13 oct 2020 i have received refund amount of Rs.13406₹ but processing fee 199₹& 35₹ GST% got debited from my account which has not received.
Again same product was re-ordered by amazon without my intimation amount got debited from my account along with processing fee + GST.
How amazon has re-order without information which I am not at all interested the same product order. And who is responsible for my processing + gst charges got debited my account.
Now amazon customer care not support for refund process they clearly said visit ur bank. Also bank said call toll free hdfc no or talk with Amazon. Now my patience is over. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
