Hello Sir/Mam,
I had placed an order of Motorola Moto G turbo (white) sold by Cloudtail on Amazon.in with order number[protected] on[protected] with pre payment of Rs.4999 (Mrp- Rs12499) as I apply a coupon (GYJQJ3YW) which I found in on a coupon website through which I got a discount of Rs.7500 and Amazon confirmed the order and provide expected delivery date is 01 to 05 April but unfortunately in the evening my order is automatically cancelled without giving any reason. This is bull they keep my money for the day then refunded which take approximately 5-6 days to reflect into my account then what is point of buying from Amazon.
I seriously feel very disappointed as even being the largest e-commerce company I didn't expect such cheating or fraud from amazon.
After knowing that the order got cancelled I search for some people who order such and got the same cancellation but I came to know that one guy got the phone for Rs.4999 and also he uploaded the invoice here- "http://i66.tinypic.com/2i8905c.jpg"
Fake promotion stunt by Amazon this should be stopped.
And Amazon should bear the loss and take proper actions on the matter.
I got this below mail after cancellation of my order from amazon.in
"Hello,

We regret to inform you that your order for Moto G Turbo (ASIN: Asin: B019FWXIX4) was processed at a discounted price due to a technical issue. As a result, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Such occurrences are rare and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you have paid for your order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used once the order is cancelled. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on your bank or card issuer's policy."
I want a serious notice to be charged against such fraud on Amazon and want the phone at such price again.
Then amazon came to know the power of the Janta.
I want you to take serious step and help me in getting my phone as It is and invitation offer to buy the phone but after accepting and ordering the phone it becomes a contract that legally binds amazon to deliver the phone.

As oer FSSAI, any brew with more tyan 0.5% alcohil is considered as alcohilic beverage,
Wine and sake containing 3% to 12% of alcohol are being sold. One criminal case gas been booked against the seller of Sakura cooking sake.
Kindly instruct the sellers to stop sale of any wine/sake/brew containing alcohol more than 0.5 % immediately.
