First of, your kuala lumpur branch is not doing their job, my credit card outstanding is due because of your department did not do the job in sending out the letter!! now when I am trying to clear the outstanding your stupid department trying to delay!!! and play around !! this issue has been brought up to the central bank malaysia! they should know this so call bank tried to cheat the consumer and delay everything to charge more fees!! all your staff are sleeping
