Ambank Group — Hire purchase car loan

Wanted to ask about car payment and they said need spoke to hire purchase department as they are not available will ask them contact back ( as given all details as per request )
NOT A SINGLE RECEIVE CALLS FROM AMBANK.

Again 5th August
I have contact the same number general line and inform the same action on urgent basis ask hire purchase department to call me immediately by today. NOT RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM AMBANK.

Attached calls record very disappointing service not treat on urgent basis.
