Ambank Group — Not receive a call back from ambank customer service as promised

Hi,
On the 23rd of February 2022, I made a call to ambank customer service to get know further detail clarification of my housing loan interest. A lady officer answered my call and she said she is not assigned to deal with housing loan yet she will arrange for a call back from the respective department. She also did asked what was my issue and explained to her. She said I will receive a call back from the respective department in 2 days which means on the 24/02/2022 or 25/02/2022. Today is already 28th of Feb 2022, I have yet to receive a call back from ambank. I need a call back from ambank to solve my issue. My name Rupashni Vatumalay and my contact number [protected].
