Amc Records Lucknow — Non receipt of induvidual entitlement even after one year of retirement

I am ex hon nb subedar having army number 13989267 x muthuraman j hereby state and request you to pay my legitimate individual entitlements which is pending for a long time at your office in fact I submitted my claim on 12th of October 2020 with all requisite forms
the reference of claim may well be ascertained by going through your office letter400028 er liasion l 3 55 dated 15th of June 2020
I retired on 31 august 2020 but stiil I am unable to get my dues my request letters and mails remain as unheard please expedite.
