Amitpuri — Return

I ordered 10 icepacks from flipkart with registered no as [protected] and of this i orderd 2 of one brand and 4and 4 of other brands but they sent me 8 icepacks of same brand and on repeated requests the problem was not solved and they told me to get refund and told me they will intimate me regarding this one day i called they told me that grace period of return is over what a company thank God i have not ordered any electrical device if they are not abke to manage why flipkart putting there hands in other stuff this is deteriorating there services. Beware as this company can send you anything available against your order and beleive me not easy to return it, they shold learn something from myntra return policy
