Amity University — amity online fraud practices

Hi,

I would like to have your attention on the fraudster scheme run by amity online university
Where condition to my admission was an ability to give online exam on proctor mode.

I had made this decision on the basis of the many varying factors which doesn't allow me to
Be present on the examination centre.

Now i am being forced to sit for the examination to the amity’s centre, which, very conveniently is being delayed for past few months. I have wasted almost 4-5 months writing assignment, preparing for exams and they postponed exams again and again.

Constant change in the plan shows the instability at amity university planning capacity and
Is putting a lot of mental pressure on me. It is literally a never-ending torture. Exams are being postponed at the late night of the day before exam.

These new rules are being forced down our throat in the name of government policies while it
Is known that changing rules of these kind are applicable to new students.

Could you please help process these grievances towards the direction of refund of my financial losses for the past 6 months?
Or i will have to take up the matter to the consumer court in light of above atrocities and scam schemes executed by amity online university.
