Amity University — Fraud

My name is Lourd Joseph, I enrolled with Amity University in Feb 2023 but I haven't received any update regarding my classes or about my enrollment. I had made a payment and uploaded documents and also received response stating documents were submitted successfully but no other update received so far.

I tried contacting (More than 50times) Megha kumari / Senior Admission Officer, Contact:[protected], who assisted me with enrollment but not responding to my calls nor to my messages, worst experience ever had so far. She answers call when I call her from different number and disconnects as soon as she hears my name. This makes me feel like I was frauded, I need someone to take a disciplinary action on her or I would give a very bad review on social media tagging her name.

I need to know, what happened about my enrollment and why she did not update me anything about my enrollment and what you gonna do for wasting my time for so long.

Spoke to many customer care people from Amity University so far and everyone has promised, I will receive a call from the relevant person and my issue will be resolved but none has taken any action so far nor I have received any call.
