Amity University Gurgaon — refund of my fees

I applied for ba llb in amity law school gurugram but later on i withdrawal ny admission and it was stated that my fees will be refunded after deducting some fine. I called certified authorities for information they told that it will take maximum 6 months. Now it has more than 6 months and my refund is still not completed. I called 5 times i mailed 3 times but steps are been taken.
