Amity University Noida — deduction of 8000/- in a wrong way from the hostel security refund of 10000/-

My daughter simmi chhabra is studying in amity university noida 125 sector. She has done bsc (H) biotechnology and now doing msc from the same university. Her academic security fee has refund after 1500/- deduction in the amount of 20000/- but now her hostel security fee refund has deducted 8000/- in the amount of 10000/- showing that she stayed in hostel more days after three days of her exams has done. Respected wardon divya ma'am and chaya ma'am has mark for the deductions and they refund only 2000/- instead of 10000/-. They said my daughter stayed in hostel extra 16 days after free three days completing her exam so the charge 500/- per day they deduct 8000/- but my daughter has not stay more then 3 or 4 days extra after 3 free days but they are not listening.
