[Resolved]  Amrapali Group — AMRAPALI Silicon City- Delay in possession of Flat & denial of delayed penalties.

Hi, I have booked a flat in Amarapali Silicon City in February 2010. Details of flat are as below : Unit No. : N601 Size - 950 sqft Other details are as below : - FBA (Flat Buyer agreement) has been signed in September, 2010. - As per FBA, flat need to be handed over by September, 2013. - In case of any delay beyond September 2013, Builder is suppose to provide penalty @ Rs. 10 per sqft per month. - Flat is still not in ready to move position & will take atleast 4 months. GRIVENACES 1. Please help to get penaties @ Rs. 10 per sqft tlll from Oct 13 to Dec 2014. 2. Builder is claiming to increase super area of flat from 950 sqft to 1035 sqft & asking Rs. 1.90 lacs on this account. However there is no actual increase in built up & carpet area. Builder is fooling us & also not in position to provide approved drawings. You are requested to ask the builder not to impose this unreasonable demand.
