All your dues cleared today, though not convinced with the demand letter made to me, in expectation that you will complete my flat and handover to me as early as possible. Hope you will maintain your timeline written in intimation letter professionally, which save my some financial losses. Other than that, Please share me the following documents - Detailed Payment report - Breakup in payment like, how much I have paid as a delay patently with detailed report. - How much you have paid me as delay patently, and if there is period for that you haven’t paid, please share me the written document with proper reason - Please share me the all approval letter given from Noida authority to you for C-Tower ( NOC for Tower C Possession) - Also, if my payment delayed you put me penalty, why the same is not for your delayed payment for Penalty. Please share your view. I am expecting your reply and original document through the post also for the same. As we discussed, you want 2 days for this, so I am expecting your reply mail and letter by Friday/Saturday.
