Amrapali Silicon City — Unable to deliver flat.

I have booked a flat in Amrapali Silicon City in year 2010. I have completed all payments to the builder for my Flat in N block in year 2015. One Year has been passed and even after repeated follow up and request, the builder is unable to deliver the Flat. The building incharge ( N block) Mr. Jairal has been giving me dates after dates with zero progress. If I ask them why the delay is, they say builder is not supplying them with the material to complete the flat interiors.
I have also sent email to CRM.[protected]@amrapali.in, but I have received no response from them. The representatives Mr. Pakaj Tyagi and Mr.Rajeev Sharma when contacted, replied that they have been moved to different projects of Amrapali. It seems that these people have been employed only to bring customers and then leave them when actual delivery has to be done. The staff keeps on changing and its difficult to run behind them for answers which actually no one has. Amrapali has been highly irresponsible when it comes to customer relations and project delivery.
I have lost all the hopes of getting my own roof from this Builder. Also I am paying the EMI and rent which is hitting me financially.
Please suggest me what can I do.
