Amrapali Terrace Homes — we have not received possession | |||
We have purchase flat in 2012. And we have pay against my flat no - f6-0605 total 90% of amount. A per builder and buyer agreement we have got possession in till dec 2014. But we have received any possession. We are trying to contact to any senior offer of amrapali or director of amrapali. We failed to meet. Currently we pay 15000 per month rent and also 12000 per month bank installment. Now we mentally, physically and monetary harassment due to amrapali group. We want to amrapali group to give me possession with fines immediately or refund amount with interest as they demand to us when we failed to payment timely.
