Amrita Vidyalaya — Regarding Your Bank account having Problem

Respected Sir,

We have transferred fee to your bank account. But amount returned to our account. Your Bank account having problem. We are ready to pay book fees to collect the book. But they are asking fees payment challan. i have doubt in that, we are paying separate fees for book then why they need fees payment receipt. Can you extend the dates for fees payment date & book distribution dates.
