Amsi Atelier — Bench

I saw this page Amsi. Atelier on Instagram. Ordered a bench from them on the 29th July, 2023. Girish said the product would reach me in 2 weeks, the whole payment needs to be done prior. I did the payments and asked for a GST bill in my company’s name. He said he would send it but he didn’t. After 2 weeks I kept tabs but there were reasons to no delivery. Then after a 3 weeks he tells me that the bench was damaged on the way to the delivery. He will re deliver it on 25th August but after 2 days when I messaged him, he was very rude in the way he was talking and was accusing me of giving him treats. The way he spoke was very disappointing. There was not even an apology on not sending it and he shows attitude to the customer only. He was very rude to my office staff. This is mental torture. I need you to help get my money back which is 12999.
