Amway — fraud and no transparency

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am really disappointed about the way things are going on in Amway, a company where I believed things are transparent and justified. I am still hoping to get the trust back which has been shattered horribly. I am still hoping that someone would take this seriously and lend ears to my concerns. I have no idea if I will get a resolution to the below-mentioned concerns however i won't give up because this has been taught to me by my mom being in Amway since last 12 years and I will fight for all the clarifications and necessary actions required.
So this is regarding these ABO nos. involved-

Sangita Tripathi (Kunika's former upline and mother[protected]
Prabha Singh Chauhan (Sangita's former upline[protected]
I would like to draw the attention towards mentioned topics:
1. I have been calling customer care [protected], number of times and have hardly seen any proper response, the executives have been hanging up abruptly. They are not caring for the customers, they don't have the patience to listen to the customers. It's pathetic, I think Amway should look for a different vendor to cope up the quality of their service equivalent to their products.Well, it says that it is toll-free, wherein I have been charged every time when I call this number. Again horrible.
2. When I was a kid, the fundamental rules said that your upline will never think bad about you and the situation my mom has gone through does not showcase a bit of it even. My mom has given her blood and sweat to get this Amway thing done since years, she treated her group like her family, unlike Mrs.Chauhan who tried all her wicked tips and tricks to snatch my mom's downlines as her direct downlines and I can prove it.
My mom was not very active because of her health issues and due to dad's retirement that made her shift to our native place in U.P. wherein her whole group was majorly in M.P.
She was changed into a PC, wherein when I enquired about the same I got to know the reasons for it and I am well convinced with it but parallelly it was also said that there was a message conveyed to everyone in order to necessary actions to prevent getting converted into a PC.
Well, there was no information conveyed by Mrs.Chauhan to my mom about it, because I hope everyone understands that if she was continuing since long 11 years why she would not do a single thing to prevent her group?
The attitude of Mrs.Chauhan is understood, I would like to get a proof that how was it conveyed to others? via SMS/ email or what? because I never received any information about it and I never changed my mobile number even, so that's sure that there was no SMS sent.
3. I would like to get the reasons for getting an ABO converted to PC in black and white, and the dates mentioned ABOs turned into PC. Apologies but I have lost trust in any verbal communication.
4. As far as I know and the reasons stated by PUC staff in Indore, I made almost 8 purchases in since Jan 2017 until March 2018, still I was converted into a PC, I have no clue why it has happened, whereas it also gets me a picture that there are no concrete conditions for an ABO to get converted into PC, it may totally depend on Amway's mood. ( i don't know if I need to be wise at this)
5. I had no clue about my distributorship being converted into a PC, I got to know about it when I was willing to make someone join Amway as my downline in March 2018 and I was unable to do it and here goes the surprise from Mrs.Chauhan that your ID has been changed to PC(Wow, I am amazed). Still, Mrs.Chauhan said that she will get it activated(so sweet of her) but she never stated that my upline(my mom) is not an ABO now, she is a pity PC, the results of her biggest wellwisher - Mrs. Chauhan, who never took a pain to inform this to my mom, because this is what all she wanted.
So Mrs.Chauhan activated me by making me join Amway as a new ABO please refer ABO no.13693137, i don't know why she did this, but it shows that her intentions were not right, maybe she never wanted me to know that now she is my upline since days or months and my mom is no more active in the system.(Isn't it lame?)
She asked me for all my documents and submitted it at Bhopal Amway office, well, I need to understand that if she has done this, who has signed my documents without my consent of joining as a new ABo. She kept me blindfolded and forged my signature, this is absolutely illegal. I need a legal action towards this because I believe Amway has some principles and this lady has breached them. -here it is proved that she always wanted to drag my mom's downlines to be hers.
6. I can't get my old ABO profile updated with my correct Aadhar no and email address because it has already been used by Mrs. Chauhan for 13693137, for which I have applied for resignation from.
7. I am really excited to know how much money has been generated till date to both the accounts (2865747 and 4519421) because I have not received a single penny till date. I understand earlier Amway used to issue cheque but if the cheque has not been encashed where did my money go?
I asked customer care executives, the staff at Indore PUC and they had no reply to it. I mean, such a huge international company Amway does not know where their money goes. It would be grateful to know that how much money was generated to these accounts and where is that money if there were no bank details updated.
8.It's really funny to see the way Amway.in works. every time i login to my account or my mom's account it asks me to generate a password and then the temporary password works as a permanent and does not ask to change the password - [protected]@123. I don't know if the web developer vendor of Amway knows the meaning of word 'password'.
I was very naive towards the advance website of Amway and was unable to opt for 'Convert to ABO' for my mom to convert her to an ABo, so was the customer care executives and Indore PUC staff. I have made number of trips to Indore PUC to get this done, however I got to know, the same is the staff at Indore PUC, they had no rat's clue towards the process and the lame excuse that comes up is ' Ma'am we don't do this frequently so we don't know but it has to be done online only'. Isn't it great? because anyway, the customer care guys will bang the phone on your face when you ask such procedures.
Eventually, I did it on my own, so ideally it should generate a PDF, sent to an email as well when it happens? I don't know because it has never got generated in my case and for submitting the documents, I again wasted a trip to PUC, where I got a response stating ask your mom's upline to get it for you or check the email.
Well I showed my mom's inbox with no such email or PDF and now the staff was like ' we cannot do anything' (seriously?) - so here it is proved that Amway may skip sending emails for PDFs or distributorship inactivation !!
9. I am great to know that for converting to ABO, we need these documents: ID proof, Address proof and Bank Passbook first page copy OR Cancelled bank cheque. (please correct me if I am wrong) because when I was uploading the documents, the website does not understand the difference, that's irritating. My parents stay 1700 kms away in an interior village and it's really hard for me to get the documents again and again. Does Amway understands the pain?? - refer attachments.
After getting the PDF sent by the updated sponsoring upline Mr.Awadhesh Dwivedi, I was surprised, even after updating all the details online with the supporting documents, the PDF has the same old address (again wow). Well, I submitted the PDF and docs on 26/03/2018 and applied for resignation too on the same date from 13693137 and the staff assured me to give an update about it since date there's no response except some ticket numbers coming to my inbox with no clarification related to what it is. The staff never informed anything since then.
Can we please look into this pity communication issues? It matters to an ABO who has been slogging for a decade. This is ridiculous to know such face of Amway.
Devils lies in Details, please fix them and help me.
