I am an ABO with amway India with ABO no. 10637111, have placed an order 0n 15/09/14 vide order no. 89047969 of Rs. 4587/-. the order was cancelled by Amway due to wrong selection of state and I have to place a fresh order. But the captioned order which was cancelled by amway, the payment has not been refunded till date.
Its over a month now and no one including the Amway customer care is providing a proper response to the same. I have sent two mails and have contacted the Amway customer care 4 times now but no solution has come. Initially on 25th Oct they registered a complaint vide no. 76419371 but no one even called back. It was after continuous calling that on 29th Oct the customer service executive said that the payment has been refunded to the mode of payment done. I have done the same from credit card and till date no such refund has come.
When asked for the reference no. of refund done by them they said that they do not have the details and I need to further mail to a mail id given by them for further details.
It is over a month and a half now and I have been bearing the charges of the credit card and the amount which has still not been refunded.
I want my money back into my credit card before 8th Nov or else the whole late payment along with the charges to be bore by Amway.
