My abo number 13315529, on 19/02/2020, i was purchasing from online website of amway.in while placing an order the total amount of 1054 was deducted from my paytm account but at the same time the order was not confirmed and it shows payment failed. Even after contacting the customer support of amway india and waiting for sometime my money was not refunded to my account and now even after further processing with amway india office my money is still not getting refunded by amway india.
