My daughter's profile ID is AW84514606 and I am under premium exclusive plan for six months from 27/09/2021. I was told by your sales department that I will be offered a scheme, which will provided me all the desired contacts from all the online matrimonial sites by the RM. Depending on his statement, I handed over a cheque of 25000/- and no initiative is apparently taken till 21/10/2021 to provide contacts from other matrimonial sites. Unfortunately, we found that the number of desired prospective grooms is very limited in ABP weddings in comparison to another established matrimonial site.
Finally, I personally requested for a few contacts from another matrimonial site and I was told by the RM that the numbers were blocked.
I had to pay separately to the mentioned site to get the numbers on 21/10/2021.
I am extremely unhappy against the service, provided by ABP weddings and want to discontinue all our relationships immediately. I wrote to [protected]@abpweddings.com in this context on 21/10/2021 but no initiative has been taken till date to resolve the issue.
Please initiate the refund at earliest as I have already paid to another established site to get the contacts and no support is required from ABP weddings.
