This was the insident of 8th of april 2019. I went to the hospital for my eye checkup at 11:20 am i reached to entry counter nearest to the entey gate to making my card nd what i have seen that there wete two guys were watching some crime serial on their mobile i asked them guys to make the card, the guys said that i have to wait for 10 minutes and i have asked them again that just pause your serial and di their job after finished of their job they cn continued but there were no positive response nd what they said that they shall not make any card then i asked them to make complain of this unprofessional behavioure and guess what they replied, they replied that kado jise complain karni h hum kisi se nahi darte. After that i reach to the admin department and make the complaint but guess what the guys over there in admin misbehaved and used unprofessional languges
