Anantco Enterprises — Pharma RM imported through Fed-ex

Our consignment arrived on 21st Sept. today 24th Oct. till date Fed-ex not released DO...even after providing all requested documents.
On Website tracking details are not updated.
Customer care - people blank on matter...they request us to
write mail...after sending several mails almost 30 mails and more than 30 calls ...till date no final reply from Fed-ex.
Every time new person from fed-ex customer care sent mail intimated to
concerned team will update you...thanks for your patience.
Things are so disappointing.. as per our experience ..we will suggest do not go to Fed-ex...
