My consumer id is 3 [protected] and consumer no. Is 5010. A booking was done on 29/03/2016. Accordingly email confirmation i had received on the same day. I was waiting for supply of the cylinder. Today when i opened the site i observed that the booking cancelled. I do not understand the reason for cancellation nor i received any mail in this regard.
