I have attched the payment receipt of the last transaction i have done. I have done a payment using my atm card to iffco tokio. The session was expaired when i enter the otp. But the money has debitted from my account. Please check and sort out this problem asap. My name is Vedavyas and my account number is [protected].
On June 12th, 2017 I have tried to withdraw money of 10, 000/- INR from UBI bank ATM machine using Andhra Bank debit card, but unfortunately I did not get the amount due to some technical issue. However the amount has been debited from my account. This is very unfair and have not received my money back to my account despite trying to call your customer service multiple times.
I had this kind of bad experience before also with Andhra Bank.
Please help to resolve this and initiate action to get my amount back as its already been more than a month .
