[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Provisional Certificate for My Load Account for the year 2014-15

HI, I Have a Home Loan Account in Andhra Bank, Bapatla Branch, Many times i requested Branch Manager to provide a Provisional Certificate on my Loan Account. but unfortunately i didnt get the same, , Bank Manager/field Manager is telling that they dont have any format like that to issue, , So they will not provide the same for the running year.. but they are providing the statement for the previous year.. please help me to get the provisional certificate to get the Tax benefit..
