Subject: Balance deducted, payment failure, need refund Reference:[protected] Dear sir, I Bolavoni Bhima account holder in Andhra bank.I faced a problem on12 june (put the transaction date here) while doing the transaction online through my Debit card, the amount had been deducted from my account but the receiver did not receive the amount and caused payment failure.Till now the deducted money does not refund to my account.So, I kindly request you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.All supporting documents have been attached along with this application.
