Andhra Bank — want to de-activate mobile alerts for my account * | |||
I am a customer for andhra bank for 19 years. I have activated mobile alerts and got my internet banking. When i visited may be 10 years back, i always had bad experience, but still i am maintaining account. Internet banking was locked due to invalid attempts and want to change password but it is pointing to my old mobile number which is not working for almost 3 years. I have noticed last week that they are deducting 18 rs every 3 months. I want to deactivate mobile alerts when i contacted the help desk they said they cannot stop mobile alerts and it is mandatory. Is this some kind of worst system, have heard of? Shall i switch to some other bank? Am actually out of country. Was this information helpful? | |||
