Andhra Pradesh Election Commission — My Voting Right ignored and Name been removed by CEO AP

I applied Two times for registering for my VOTE, But The CEO AP simply ignored my application. I want justice for it. Because Negligence of State CEO I loosed the opportunity to elect my Leader in Assembly and Indian Parliament. I want Compensation for it.
