Dear sir/Mam,
I booked Hotel Haritha at Srisailam for my parents through APTDC website -- tourism.ap.gov.in
Ticket no. RSR2324HRSOB004983
Booking date: 22.07.2023
Check-in date : 26.08.2023
Unfortunately, the train from Chennai to Vijaywada on 25.08.2023 got canceled and they could not travel so I canceled the booking on 17.08.2023. Post cancellation there was no receipt provided by the website due to some server issues, I tried canceling the booking many times after 17.08.23, but the website kept on showing a pop-up message "TICKET NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELATION".
However, to date refund has not been issued and several emails have been sent but no response from APTDC. When I talked to APTDC's customer-care it was always told to send an email, but all emails/efforts are going in vain.
The total amount paid was Rs 3808, as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the booking voucher attached, the refund amount should be Rs 3400 (appx). Kindly help in this matter as we are helpless in getting our refund amount.
