Angna Ram — not receipt of nbt

A cheque of rs 594 issued by (Pnb) by me has already been en cashed on 02.09.2019 but i have not receive the coupon so far. Kindly deliver the same so that i may receive my newspaper well in time.
I am regular customer of times of india and nbt from the last more that 20 years and from the last more than five years i am purchase the above newspaper from the scheme.
From the last years i am getting such problem otherwise i was not getting my coupons regularly. I have made similar complaint last year also. Kindly take appropriate action and issue necessary direction for early issue of coupon.
