Lodged complaint on 11.04.15. Reminded 3 times. Service manager never lifted phone. While contacted toll free number it was told that complaint is closed. Fresh complaint lodged. Reminded at toll free number. E-mailed to customer service on 3.5.15. Nothing happened. On 23.5.15 mailed to customer service again. Nothing happened. On 12.6.15 I wrote final mail to customer care saying I will not write again. Till date no replay. This is happening during AMC. Story from 11.4.15 to 20.6.15. Was this information helpful? |
