ANIL — Wrong no parking charges

I paid no parking charges outside d Mart which is in kondhwa in dorabjee mall as my car was park in no parking zone and they charged me 719.20rs which includes towing charges as I paid charges on the spot and no towing was done, so I want to know without towing still they charge towing charges my car number is MH12EM9473
