We booked a Europe tour complete package for 3 with air tickets, hotel and visa. Complete money was paid in advance, Rs 5, 74, 771 by 26th July 2014. Our tour start day was 10th of August, and on 6th, the agent called and informed us that visa is rejected. So we asked them to cancel our tour and refund our money. All this is e-mail conversations. Even after so many reminders, till today we have not received any money. They keep on promising and gives excuse that their Europian supplier have not refunded.
