Ankita — trasaction error

I had online payment of 3570/- using my SBI debit card, procedure of payment window got stopped in between and after sometime message showed that "transaction is failed contact to [protected]@billdesk.com", and still amount is deducted from my a/c, how is it possible if transaction is failed, how amount is reduced by amount mentioned above, guide me and help me to get my money back to a/c
