Dear Sir,
I had found one information about Anmol Packer & movers through Just Dial website.
I had booked my car and household items through Anmol Packers & movers- Vikas ([protected]) (Palan Vihar, Gurgaon) few days ago from Bahadurgarh to Pune.
The quotation was of Rs. 38600 for the car and household items both.
Then the car was picked from my home on 14th Oct which was supposed be delivered on 21st or so. I paid cash advance of Rs. 5000 that time. But I did not received the car till date. Even when I am calling the concerned person Vikas ([protected]), he is not picking up the phone.
During the household picking up on 23rd Oct, the bill was given Rs. 42300, as I had added one Scooty to the consignment (extra 2500+38600). The household items is supposed to be delivered 28th or before.
After so many calls to Vikas, he is not responding me. On 27.10.15 morning Umesh ([protected]) (who had come to my home at Bahadurgarh for picking up the car and household) called me telling that I need to pay approx. 63000 total (18000 advance paid + 45000 remaining charging unnecessary terms) to their company bank account for getting the delivery, otherwise it will be at their warehouse.
I got only my Household Items on 29.10.15 evening after lots of effort and phone calls. But again there were lots of things are missing in the household items including cooking Gas cylinder, folding cot, food stuff, clothing, tool box items, bathroom stuffs, flowers pots, chair, shoes etc.
Also, the items delivered in bad conditions, unpacked and damaged.
When I asked him, he is making non sense excuses and telling that he kept in his godown & will send sooner which seems all fake.
He asked again to transfer money to get the car delivered and not ready to send proper bill, neither confirming date of delivery.
Your serious intervention required in the matter.

They have not delivered the car yet and asking for the money transfer only. Even when I asked them to verify my car is arrived Pune and after getting the balance money I will take my car, they are not picking up the phone nor updating for the car delivery. every time making excuses that My car will be delivered by tomorrow and tomorrow.
Your serious and urgent intervention is required.
