Anna University — Valuation procedure by Anna University

What is the actual procedure for valuation in Anna University?? I got 56 while my concerned staff corrected when the photocopy was obtained. So revaluation was applied and still when the revaluation results came it was NC. Then I applied for review and now the result again came as NC. Anna University is spoiling the life of a student for money. Please don't take such things without care coz it really really affects the student maybe because of your minute errors or silly ignorance a student is being affected. May I please know under what criterion actually you correct the papers? Why is that valuation done by the concerned staffs at colleges being such least importance? Even if valuation differs between persons even though how come from 33 it could come upto 56 can't even reach a 45 and still NC?? When I saw my answer sheet i could find that my first 16 marks question was correct and if that alone was given marks i could get 45 yet it is a NC...it really disappoints!!
