Annamalai University — Annamalai University 193-M.com Degree not received even after paying convocation fee online

Respected Sir,
I have Paid Convocation Fees (Rs. 1400) on 17.03.2021 via online. I also sent convocation Payment Acknowledgement, Application For Degree Certificate and Provisional Certificate via Speed Post. I am writing this letter after waiting 11 month's. I didn't get my Degree Certificate till date.
