Annamalai University — Getting missed enrollment number

I passed MA English from Annamalai University during the year 2006 December through DDE.My Reg No is 013D0654P02308.Unfortunately I lost most of my documents during the last year floods. The only documents available with me is the provisional certificate and Original certificate of M. A exam. Now I want to apply for consolidated marklist of MA English. But I dont know my entrollment number. I submitted three requests for entrollment through email. But no response
