Annamalai University — Not received my M.COM certificate

I have done M.com in annamalai university 2004.i didn't received the convocation certificate yet. i have passed & scored 70 %of marks and got mark sheets and provisional certificate also. my ENROLEMENT NO: [protected] and provisional certificate no is 119X03F00144 (month and year completed the course on June 2004). final course completion certificate that is convocation certificate still not given by them. i have called up and followed the university staffs several times to get the certificate immediately but there is no response.i need my certificate immediately what to be done? i tried but not happened. is there any chance to get it through online? staffs are not responding please do the needful.
