Annamalai University — Not Received Original Marksheet

I have completed my B.com from annamalai university, distance education with the enrollment no - [protected] in May -2007

This is to inform you that, i have submitted my original degree result for correction in my surname (Parekh instead of Parckm)

But still i have not received mine original degree certificate with said correction

I am writing to receive help, guidance and to be assisted at this point, as i am not receiving clear communication and the response from annamalai university. Attaching copy of Provisional certificate and third year mark sheet

Requesting you to send original degree certificate with correction at the earliest
