Annamalai University — Paid My fees for migration certificate but still not getting Migration Certificate

I did M.Phil. in Library and information Science from Annamalai University DDE in the year 2010. I need my transfer certificate and migration certificate.
on 15th march 2023, I paid my fees 750/- rs online for getting Migration Certificate. but still not received any information.
